In today's episode we have a live conversation with my daughter, Brianna, about her plans for our first ocean race, the Port to Pub as well as our charity Up All Night Walk 42km coming up in a little over 2 weeks.

We cover off all things swim training, especially for a newbie like me. The training for the long walk starts now and I remind Brianna of her forgotten adventure, the Cape to Cape Mountain Bike Race.
