Today we were blessed to be joined by our Brotha from Anotha, Sam Falsafi. Many of the guys within Warrior have tested their physical and mental fortitude, by challenging themselves to complete Kokoro. It's an extreme endurance test, that Jesse has gone through, and we talked about on previous podcasts. Sam attempted Kokoro and was unfortunately dropped from the course. In this episode, Sam talks about the physical, mental and emotional stress of not completing the challenge. As well as, we plan Sam's comeback to complete Kokoro on his next attempt.
