It’s not easy, but is definitely doable and might help if you have a person in your life who sometimes acts a bit out of control or gets triggered by a seemingly non offensive comment or situation.
My biggest thought change is that there are many, many walking wounded out there, without their wounds showing on the outside. They want to feel heard and I can stop and listen and prevent myself from getting triggered. I offer my three step plan to help those you love trust you.
1. Be proactive verses reactive

3. Formulate a plan of action
