The Back Yourself Podcast revolves around mindset and mentality. Finding out what makes people tick, how they deal with the situations that life throws them, how they treat themselves, what they do for themselves but most importantly WHY. Guests we have are a combination of other fitness trainers in different fields, small business owners and healthcare professionals. I also touch on topics that I see people struggle with in the gym or topics that I have dealt with myself. The Back Yourself Podcast will NOT tell you what you need to do but it will hopefully start the conversation for you.
