I'm back at Praxis in episode 19, however this time I'm talking to Emma and discussing her role in the business.  Emma has been one of the Physiotherapists at Praxis since the beginning of the business and like Stephen, works with the Aspley Hornets Football Club as the team physio.  Where Emma's role differs is that she is responsible for PRAXIS PILATES.  Praxis offers reformer Pilates groups and private sessions from both of the their locations and is used as rehab for physio clients.  We have a good chat about rehab and recovery, the role of Pilates, the misconceptions and who Pilates would be a great exercise for!
