It's around November that we all run into "that time of year" feelings. What I do mean by that you ask? Well, everyone will run out of a bit of steam, the aches and pains are a little bit more noticeable and we have more stresses on our plates. Some of these things are out of our control but you'd be surprised how much you can control just by making a mental adjustment. In this episode I talk about all things leading into the Christmas break, the break itself but also throw in what happens when you fitness challenge is over.
