When I became a mom in 2020, I wasn’t prepared for all that I would experience in postpartum. For a little past a year I struggled with my new role, in need of community, and overwhelmed with all the new things I was experiencing in postpartum and learning in motherhood. That was until I implemented healthy habits, routines, boundaries, and mindset rooted in Christ that I knew would help me cultivate joy and simplicity in my life and motherhood. I vowed that I wouldn’t allow another new mom to go through this major life transition alone so I created this podcast.
