Our judgements point out the 'parts' of us that have been disowned and are in need of forgiveness. We all judge, it's something the mind does. There's no need to try to get rid of our judging thoughts, but we can learn to be an observer and use them as a tool for our growth and transformation. In this session, you will find out how you can use your judgements to help you connect more deeply with yourself and others, and why forgiveness is essential to your freedom.
