In this session we explore three central ways of bringing mindfulness to thoughts, along with how we bring healing to our habitual thought patterns and the vulnerability underneath.

This meditation begins with a simple mindfulness of thoughts practice followed by a reflection and investigation to bring healing to the feeling/emotion underneath a habitual thought pattern.
