Investigate
Nurture
It is especially helpful when working with reactivity and strong emotions that get triggered. Molly shares a personal experience and then guides you through your own RAIN practice. In the end, you will find that you have come to a deeper understanding of why you are triggered and connect with the vulnerability that is underneath.
