This session is centered around the freedom that comes when we take the seat of awareness within ourselves. Molly talks about how awareness is essential to our healing because we cannot transform something that we are not aware of. When we practice placing our value and attention on the part of us that is aware instead of what we are aware of, we live in alignment with our Truth.
Meditation begins at 11:26.
This is a two part meditation. In the first part, you will be invited to explore awareness as an presence that pervades all things. The second part of the meditation is a exploration of the body of fear.
