Accountability can be uncomfortable because it forces you to look at what you did wrong instead of someone else! 

Yes, it can be hard, but when you get accustomed to taking ownership of your actions, life will go smoother  

When you learn to hold yourself accountable, you: 

• Handle situations more maturely  
• Feel better about past mistakes  
• Less drama and more safe spaces 
• More aware of how your bad behaviors make others feel  T
