Joe Fisher is a Computer Programmer turned professional brewer, and has taken his love for beer to the next level by starting his own brewery. He has taken a rare approach by taking this adventure by himself. He has decided that a business partner was not for him and insisted that he had the knowledge and know how to complete the operation. By not incorporating a restaurant and keeping production low he has been able to succeed at the venture alone. Being a computer programmer by trade Joe is in a great position to work minimally for his job and with the good graces of his boss, in order to follow his dreams. With a rally of support behind him Joe feels his business plan and financials are in line to make that dream a reality.
