- Let’s talk about your Conversion Rate for a second
- What is a Conversion Rate?
- This is why you need more eyes on your business, more inquires coming into your inbox will always equal more bookings
- If your conversion rate is 50%, let’s say you get 10 inquiries this week, you can expect to book 5 of those. Let’s say it’s 20 inquiries and you book 50% that’s 10 new bookings. The more inquiries you get the more you book.
- Here’s the best part! You can increase your conversion rate! Instead of booking half, 50% of your inquiries, what if you can book 60%, 80%?
- You CAN increase that percentage by spending time fine tuning your brand, your reputation and your client experience
- This is how important having a brand and a legit system is!!
2. Spend your time wisely
- Focus on result producing activities, working closest to the dollar
- What are the tasks you do in your business that leads directly to money in the bank?
- Take a minute to think about what’s WORKING well in your business, then DO MORE of THAT, invest more time and energy in that
- Follow up: Create a follow up system
- How much money are we leaving on the table by NOT following up?!
- In the same manner, how much are we leaving on the table by not offering upgrades?
- Do you have an additional service you can offer on the wedding day?
- Maybe a package that includes more time with you or an option for touch ups later?
