We caught up with Sean when COVID really started to hit, when his and everyones gyms was just about to close up due to isolation. We get a gauge of where he is at in this time before taking it back to where Seans story really began in his teenage years.
School for Sean wasn’t his thing, but promising his mum he would stay, he went through to year 12, but during this he enrolled in TAFE for a sport related certification which he loved, and was his first opportunity to put his head down.
Sean has a lot of experience being around a negative environment, drugs and alcohol and the experience that depression and anxiety has, so it’s incredible to uncover the journey for Sean, and how he has transformed as a person, and built an incredible business that he has expanded in innovative and amazing ways. . We dive into some really powerful stories during this episode!
We talk on the birth of the Shaka project, a passion that Sean created to open conversation in mens health. This movement was started from the heart, and is run from the heart with only the best intentions, and this is what we love so much about what Sean does as a whole.
