Routines are interrupted, you might not be able to stick to agreements or goals you had set, tensions or misunderstandings increase, you might even feel a shift in who you are, how you define yourself. We will talk about what steps you can take, which attitudes to adopt to be on your way to find balanced and tailored solutions for your relationships in these situations.
