This week I'm joined by the youngest person ever to run the length of Ireland. Running all 563km from Malin Head to Mizen Head in just over 8 days and raising €70,000 in the process!!!!

This is all coming from a man who had just partook in 5k and 10k events 3 years previous.

Currently Stephen is training for the 777 Marathon event in Australia, this involves running 7 marathons in 7 days in 7 different states.

In this episode we chat about how Stephen got into endurance events, running the length of Ireland and some of the obstacles he faced along the way, life lessons he's taken from it and his next challenge of running 7 marathons in 7 states.
