Audio Guided Runs are designed to help women find more joy and connection to themselves through movement. Each is meant to be listened to while running or walking.

Like a podcast, Audio Guided Runs teach and transform but they add an element of movement to the experience. Women of all fitness levels are encouraged to listen, move and have fun with these Audio Guided Runs with me, Coach Brooke!

These are not about race plans or distances. Instead, they are about how to improve you  how to fall in love with running and use it as a tool to help you navigate the highs and lows in life. Running can help you access joy more quickly. It can help you get unstuck, move forward and find your adventure.
