Back after a week hiatus, the Coach has been lifted from a coronavirus isolation-induced funk. This week's show is more so on the philosophical side; I dare to ask "What is meaning?", "What is the purpose of life?", "How can we make meaningful changes?", and "What actions can transport us to the life of our dreams?". Using our immense capacity, remarkable creative abilities, and our intuition, I believe we can effectively actualize our dreams - the ones grounded in the realm of possibility that is! The goal - Inspire, motivate, educate, and set it straight. Coach Groovy: Motivational Movements is a self help podcast dedicated to imparting wisdom, offering guidance, and providing perspective to others' noble endeavors in becoming better by the day. After years of finding myself inundated by the effects of stress and overwhelmed by life, I had reached an inflection point; I took my life/health into my own hands, made global changes, and saw sizable results. I lacked guidance and direction at points in the past, and typically turned to my headphones to listen to podcasts for clarity and inspiration.This full-circle path towards fulfillment has led me to this present moment where I am now currently beginning podcasts of my own and aspiring towards a career in music. I felt impelled to create this show to share my tactics, philosophies, and approaches, as well as the knowledge I have accrued (and continue to accrue due to my passion for reading/learning) so I can potentially help others just as I have learned to help myself.
