Coach Kearns is an international recognized strength and conditioning coach in the world of UFC , martial arts and other combat sports. He has been in the field grinding it out for 35 years now. As well as martial arts , Coach Kearns or " Coach K" as he is known is a avid yogi , published over 200 articles in some of top fitness and martial arts magazines in the world , and is the author of 2 books . His first book is a true account of how he was " Always Picked Last" for sports and built himself into an athlete. His second book is also a true account ( There's Light In The Tunnel" How to Survive and Thrive with depression) of he came back stronger from the abyss and after 2 failed attempts of suicide in 2019. Coach K keeps it raw and real with real world ideas for take aways. His podcasts are design to inspire as he brings many a guest from different walks of life.
