As a special last episode of the year, we are once again going to the dessert table, this time with a great treat for the holidays, or anytime, hot fudge sauce! This is a very simple recipe, but pairs great with most desserts, from ice cream to cake. So, without further ado, let's get cooking!

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup cocoa
• dash of salt
• 1 cup cream
• 1 stick Margarine of Butter
• 1 tsp vanilla

• Stove or hotplate
• Medium saucepan
• silicone spatula
