Today, we are going to try some apple jam, which also doubles as a great applesauce. So, without further ado, let's get the year started with some cooking! Ingredients

• 5-7 apples (any variety)
• 1 cup water
• 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Tools

• Large saucepan
• Spatula
• Knife (paring knife works well)
