For this week's episode, we are looking at a dessert that is a staple at any southern potluck- banana pudding. This recipe comes from a cookbook compiled from members of my church, and makes a simple but delicious addition to any meal, whether it be a large gathering or just a dessert at home. So, without further ado, let's get cooking!

Ingredients

• 2 boxes vanilla instant pudding (each box being between 3 and 4 ounces)
• 3 cups milk (any kind)
• 12 oz whipped topping (preferably thawed)
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 box vanilla wafers
• 4-6 bananas

Tools

• 3 quart trifle dish (or other dish for serving)
• large mixing bowl
• soft spatula for mixing
• wire whisk or electric mixer (optional)
• knife (table knife world well)
