In this Podcast, we go back to the Integrus DNA and explain how to use DISC or Colours as we call them to recruit staff. Integrus took lots of its Inspiration from a recruitment company that Integrus Founder Peter Sylvester and Founding Partner Claire Hawkes used to run. In this pod Peter shares some of that learning and some of the Integrus methods of creating a world-class team 

DISC is a behaviour assessment tool based on the DISC theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, which centres on four different personality traits which are currently Dominance (D), Inducement (I), Submission (S), and Compliance (C). This theory was then developed into a behavioural assessment tool by industrial psychologist Walter Vernon Clarke.

We acknowledge that we use UK English in this Podcast and that in US English the words behavior, behavioral and color are spelt differently.
