In this episode, Peter and Julian have some fun talking about colours. These fun games are used by us to explore our colour knowledge and strengthen our skills and understanding of how to use DISC to our advantage for more serious stuff, especially communication. We set-up to talk about Covid19 Vaccines and we also talk about cars and car choice.  

DISC is a behaviour assessment tool based on the DISC theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, which centres on four different personality traits which are currently Dominance (D), Inducement (I), Submission (S), and Compliance (C). This theory was then developed into a behavioural assessment tool by industrial psychologist Walter Vernon Clarke.
