In this episode, my friend Mark Harper and I will discuss why it’s crucial to keep your team members informed of what’s going on in the workplace. I was having some internet connectivity issues so at times Mark will sound a little robotic, but what he’s saying can still be understood, so I do apologize about that.
Mark and I described some experiences we’ve had with being misinformed or not informed at all. We discussed several ways to keep your team members informed as well as the stressors that occur when information is not passed quickly through the proper channels.
