There is a very clear difference between a boss and a leader. A boss says, "go." A leader says, "let’s go." 

Today’s episode is going to be a relatively quick one. In it, I will discuss the fifth leadership principle, set the example. The examples we set as leaders set the tone for how effective our teams will be at accomplishing the mission.
