“Create Your Star Life” is my latest addition to the podcast universe and it is born out of my other podcast baby – “The Lives and Styles of Old Hollywood”. In that latter podcast I cover the lives of many of the stars of Old Hollywood, from the earliest days of the silent movie industry on the East Coast with Mary Pickford, Charlie Chaplin and Gloria Swanson right to the change of the Hollywood industry when the studio system collapsed and stars like Elizabeth Taylor, Marilyn Monroe, James Dean and Doris Day were at the height of their careers. During the research for this podcast, I was absolutely fascinated by the lives of these icons, of their trials and tribulations, where they came from, what they had to deal with, when they started working, what obstacles and challenges they had to face and overcome, how they changed the lives of people and the course of the industry. Most of all, I realized that these larger-than-life personalities have many lessons to teach us and I started to end my episodes with these life lessons, which I personally have – at least partially – already adopted. I am a very visual person, interested in Old Hollywood and a movie fan – so, learning important life lessons from some of the most iconic and mesmerizing screen idols EVER seemed like a really great idea to me. So, this podcast here is designed to enable you to create your very own star life. Whatever that means to you. I will share and condense the life lessons I have learned throughout the last few months into more grounded theory. I was actually so invested in this idea that I not only dove nose first into a vast array of books, but also worked towards my certification as a holistic life coach which I completed in July this year. So, the content I will share with you is not only grounded in the inspiring examples of Old Hollywood stars, but also in good old knowledge and research.

My hope for this podcast is to empower you to create and live your own life, to decide for yourself, who you want to be, how to achieve this version of you and how to create a life that you truly love and that you can look back on with pride, love and gratitude.
