It is capable of convincing us to do great things that push us to new heights that we never imagined possible or make us overcomplicate things that can put us in a state of paralysis. Whether it is jumping on a box or learning how to do a snatch, the mind can get in the way and hold us back from some things that seem so simple or free us to do the unimaginable. Greg invites one of our new coaches Debbie to discuss all things around the brain and how it can be used to help us in our health and fitness goals. She gets into a bit of the science of the brain and how we can make changes to improve ourselves over a long period of time by working with the brain. Greg and Debbie discuss how CrossFit helps with mentality issues and how to improve your performance through some mentality practices.
