This guest is very near and dear to my own heart — my Dad, Rick Kulow! My Dad has been one of the most influential people in my life, both for my personal and professional development. He mentors as a Senior Entrepreneur in Residence at the Darden Innovation Laboratory, and so has plenty of experience with young entrepreneurs and start-ups. He has mentored and helped build many different types of ventures, and now works to help build a curriculum to teach entrepreneurship.

Today, we about values, paying attention to the person, not the CV, and why it is difficult to identify the ideal entrepreneur. We also have a bit of fun along the way! Most Importantly, I hope you learn something. My Dad has provided a lot of value to a lot of people, hopefully you, the listener, included!
