Guided Meditation Invitation
Welcome back to another episode of the Daring Well podcast.
Today, I invite you to join me for a guided meditation on gratitude affirmation for women. With this guided meditation, we're connecting to the heart of self-love and gratitude with some powerful “I Am” affirmations.
Meditation Preparation
If it’s possible, please find a quiet and peaceful space and make yourself comfortable. You can stay seated or lie down. You’re welcome to close your eyes or keep them open, whichever feels most comfortable for you. Now, allow yourself to tune into your mind, body, and spirit.
As I share each affirmation, I want you to notice the power of speaking truth in through your words. I want you to let each word saturate your spirit, your heart, your mind, and your body. If you feel comfortable, you’re welcome to repeat these words of affirmation out loud.
Allow these affirmations to sink in, to become a part of you. They are your truth.
End of Meditation
Take a few more deep breaths, allowing the feelings of gratitude and truth to linger within you. Know that you are welcome to return to this meditation whenever you need a boost of gratitude.
