This week we're joined by Jason McMaster to discuss the making of the 1989 self-titled debut from Dangerous Toys! As per usua with our Albums Unleashed episodes, we dig into many facets of this album as well as the circumstances around it.In this long-form discussion, Jason gives us the origin story of Dangerous Toys including how changes with his serious gig with progressive thrash band Watchtower would lead to him to moonlight with cover bands. One of these cover bands would turn into Dangerous Toys. The story behind how, basically, a party gig would turn into a major label band is pretty incredible.
