Michele Crocker is the Principal of Cardiff Martech. She is a pioneer in the CX movement and has led the customer service experience for several Fortune 500 companies. A call center operational expert, Michele drove improvements in call centers within multinational companies in direct selling, logistics, travel, and telecom. She honed her leadership skills at British Airways, DHL, Herbalife, and UPS.
