This episode focuses on having a balance between your personal life and work. After the year we have had as a collective, it has become abundantly clear that Hustle Culture and a capitalistic approach to life are not only dated but don't guarantee financial safety.

Aria has been working for half of her life and speaks about changes she has made with how she approaches work over the years. As someone who once worked 70+ hours a week and has cut her time spent working for money in half, she details the impact it has had on her life overall. As a woman and a POC it has been challenging for Aria to be paid fairly or even equally, and setting boundaries at work is the first step in taking your power back when it comes to compensation. Having time to take care of oneself, to learn, to enrich your life with experiences and participate in community, are what promote joy and fulfillment. Aria is an avid spokesperson for working smarter, not harder, and hopes this episode gives you the courage to set boundaries at work and make sure you are being compensated fairly.
