Weight and Health is a controversial and complicated topic. The bottom line here is, as with everything else, have compassion for those who have different experiences than you do. I'm still learning about providing equitable care, but I'm happy as long as we are moving forward.  The goal of this podcast is to leave you with a challenging perspective that you can continue to explore.
