Well it's been One Year since I started this Podcast. July 1, 2020 was the release date. I felt let to take a episode to celebrate and reflect on this accomplishment. Allot of times in life we are so busy on the run jumping from thing to thing, we don't take a moment to pause and reflect. So for this episode I wanted to have a lighthearted fun time as I share what 1 year has been like. I invited my daughter Marisa to come back on. When she's around it's always a fun and silly time. If you heard Marisa on Episode 13 she promised that she'd do a cartwheel the next time she came on, and she kept her word! This was captured on my Instagram page. In this episode she interviews me. We chat honestly about how we effect each other, and laugh allot!
