Us go getter women, when we need to know something we will take the initiative and pull out all the resources to achieve what it is we want. But what happens when we are swirling in indecision with no clear path forward?

Here’s the thing, life can get in the way sometimes. We can fall into the trap of wanting to control the outcomes. We can have a thriving business, but our love life can feel stale. We can have what seems like a great life, but deep down inside, we feel tired, drained and not all that happy.

With spiritual awakenings, I am always amazed of the layers that I have yet to explore with my mindset, to feelings, to deep core wounds and traumas that hold me back.
