It's 2023 baby!!! New years always brings about people wanting to lose weight and restart their health journeys. Which is honestly never a bad time. I am taking the time today to share with you some of my tips for beginners who are looking to lose weight. The problem with weight loss is it is so specific and I can't share to everyone's background or goals, so this is some pretty generic but helpful tips to get you started. I go over 3 main topics : nutrition, workouts, and supplements and give a run down on the basics of each.
