My very first guest on the podcast is Megan, she’s a child psychologist and an inspirational fitness professional. Megan teaches so many different fitness classes such as Zuma, Kongo, Pilates, Strength and conditioning and the list goes on. She’s also a independent single mum. In this episode she talks about her passion and how she accomplished her great achievements and how she manages to work two different professions and juggle being a busy single mum. Megan talks about her personal struggles and gives some us great advice and tips on how to achieve your goals/dreams despite where you came from, your past or current situation. We all sometimes think that we can’t do certain things and that we are not good enough or that we are too busy achieve our goals and don’t have time, Megan’s story is very inspiring in so many different ways and she is a great example of someone follows her passion regardless of challenges or setbacks she faces.
