Nicholas is a Mental Wellness Researcher, Project Lead and Host of the 'Energi Impact - Heal yourself, Heal the planet Podcast.

He suffered from really bad anxiety at the end of 2013 and he tried a myriad of different things to heal himself such as seeing a psychologist, psychiatrist and medical herbalist. It wasn't until early 2014 that he went found out he had leaky gut and that he need to cut out certain foods, do a detox and heal his gut. After only a week he felt way better. He has been trying different tools to help to improve his mental wellness ever since and in this podcast he shares some of his most trustworthy tools.

- The importance of detoxing and clearing out the system once a year.

Water:
- Staying hydrated throughout the day
