We are in the new year, setting intentions, creating vision boards, and setting goals, in anticipation for having the best year ever. I think reflection on the past year is important and needed, we must consider the the challenges as well, you know the things that we dealt with and overcame. While we are looking to the future, let's also make time to think about the things that we need to leave behind that are no longer serving us.
