Today, we are talking about being okay with being uncomfortable. In the middle of a shift - with your health, personally, etc - there comes a point where you may start feeling stuck. When this happens, you may begin looking for things that will “fix” it when the answer is really right in front of you. When you get to this point of change is when the uncomfortable moments happen because your old habits begin to creep back in and it becomes your choice to keep them and stay stuck or change your habits and move forward. In this episode, I am going to dive into why this happens and how to pull yourself through the uncomfortable times. Let’s dive in!
