Dr. Danenberg is a periodontist. He received his dental degree (DDS) from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1972, and his Specialty Certificate in Periodontics from the University of Maryland, School of Graduate Dentistry in 1974. The following two years he was Chief of Periodontics at Charleston Air Force Base, and later had periodontal practices in Charleston and Columbia, South Carolina. Along with his active practice, he wrote and published from January 1990 through December 2001 “The Personal Report” newsletter, which was mailed quarterly to every periodontist in the United States. He currently sees patients in Beaufort and Bluffton, South Carolina.

09:43 - The great thing about nutrition is that anybody and everybody can have access to it. You don’t have to do special training, buy expensive medicines etc. The body when given the right nutrients is exactly how the body should be.

10:46 -  If you eat real food you get exactly the nutrients your body needs without taking supplements and medicine.

16:35 - There is so much science and evidence around how healthy our ancestors were because of their nutrition.

24:38 - If you have a disease you can always improve, you just need to learn the right message. Dr Danenberg says that there are 4 pillars to your health, if one is not working then it topples over.  The four pillars include: nutrient dense foods, restorative sleep, efficient exercise and reduction of stress. Danenberg says that if you can understand  these 4 pillars of health you can start your life journey again.
