Are you tired of having to pick between your fitness goals and having a social life? Well, In today's episode we share six tips and tricks to allow you to balance your fitness goals with a social life. 

There are things you shouldn’t have to worry about sacrificing in your schedule such as getting in your workouts and making it a point to hit your macros.  By planning ahead and following a flexible diet this should be no problem. However, canceling plans or refusing a restaurant when knee-deep in your offseason may require some re-thinking. 

You shouldn’t resent your diet and feel you can’t function in life when in it. 

  1. Host dinners/ Pick the places you go: By hosting the events, it can be much easier to control what goes into the meals and selection of beverages, and subsequently much easier to track without it becoming a big deal. 
  2. (1.5) Look at menus ahead of time/ pre-log and work your day around that
  3. Learn how to record alcohol and set your limits 
  4. Sub full calorie beer for light beer / Try lower calorie alcohol options 
  5. Bring a healthy option 
  6. Suggest doing something active and fun.
  7. Get your friend Try working out with friends / do a challenge
