I am passionate about fitness and changing lives through fitness. That is the reason I came up with the idea for this podcast. Society would have us believe that as you age beyond 40, that it's nearly impossible to get and/or stay fit. My podcast (s) will go into detail as to why that is not true is many cases. I will be discussing nutrition, training methods, building muscle, losing weight etc. Everything thing i discuss I have done myself OR i'm currently trying out on myself.
