Last year at this time, I was taking my first steps towards launching Flex This. A year later, I'm kicking off 2022 with a FOURTH SEASON. I can't believe we are in season 4 and the ripples the podcast has made across the world. You heard me right, THE WORLD. Flex This has been played in 13 countries and 34 states US States. I'm so grateful to start season four and to have these conversations inspire folks to become the most authentic version of themselves.I am stoked to kickoff season 4 with an old friend. Bethany and I met during my personal training years many moons ago. From the moment we met, humor and transparency were foundational in how we navigated hard things (especially when I made Bethany do pistol squats). Something I cherish about my conversations with Bethany throughout the years is the way we talk about the world candidly with eyes of curiosity. Throughout this conversation, you will hear the balance of looking at life with eyes wide open to the rawness of what is and choosing to meet that truth with a heart of gratitude and joy.  Bethany is a Pittsburgh native who is self proclaimed to have "done a few things" in her life. She was a double major in college who thought her life plan would include law school, but found her gift in communications. Bethany has spent her entire adult life working in communications.  Not shy behind a microphone, Bethany has sang in bands all through her 20's and has continued entertaining people into her 30's and 40's through karaoke at every opportunity she's been given. Bethany has also been known to "surprise" bands playing at bars by rushing the stage and insisting she knows the harmony to the song they're playing.
