The journey of becoming the best version of ourselves often includes embracing life's surprises. As with many of the folks I have trained throughout my personal training career, Liz and I met through current client client - Bethany Ruhe. Here is the link to our chat) Considering the banter and sarcasm I had in conversations with Bethany, it was no surprise that when Liz and I connected, the conversations became similar. In her personal life, Liz is joyfully sleep-deprived mom of three beautiful kids who occasionally tries to have adult conversations.
