I became a Certified in Trauma Recovery, Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, and Parts Work soon after, I launched Flip Your Mindset, a podcast that serves as a no-cost entry point for those looking to resolve their own traumas.

Through Flip Your Mindset™, my goal is to help listeners transform their perspectives and see their lives through a new lens. As a foul-mouthed, unapologetic Buddhist enthusiast, I'm not afraid to use colorful language to express my emotions, but I draw the line at any derogatory or dehumanizing language.
