To complete our Feel Well series, we are delighted to welcome Melanie C to the show, a true British icon and best known for being one of the legendary Spice Girls. The Spice Girls sold over 100 million records worldwide, and were leaders in the 90s for spreading the strong feminine message of ‘Girl Power’. Decades on, Melanie is still prominent in the music industry with a hugely successful solo career, including her recent self-titled album hitting top 10 in 2021.

Melanie can now be seen on the DJ decks in Ibiza, commanding sell-out performances, as well as a TV personality and coach on the recent series of The Voice Kids. Forever known as ‘Sporty Spice’, Melanie continues her love for keeping active and living well, having just returned to the UK after visiting the Lanserhof resort in Tegernsee. On the podcast, Melanie opens up on the issues important to her, including body image and mental health. We are honoured to have her on the show.
