As always we start with a fast-fire session of favourites, and this or that questions with AB (Alice Baquie) and Lissy (Melissa Duncan). As 2024 begins these two rewind and give you a summary of everything that has happened in 2023! They talk about fave races, gigs, cocktails, hills or snakes? Post fall somersaults and AB’s brush with death in Thailand. 

AB is a grinch converted this holiday season by Lissy and her family with some good old festive activities! Lissy is taking on coding classes becoming a tech master and as always Alice can’t stop herself from performing a good hip bridge even in the wrong time and place. And to cap it all off we have New year resolutions!
